Brushing Up: My Must Haves

Today I'm talking brushes, my top 5 must haves to be exact!
Working from left to right, we have

1.Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush - I love this for concealing, especially under the eyes! The domed brush is perfect for getting right into the inner corners and around the nose!

2.Urban Beauty United Tapered Blending Brush - big, soft, fluffy and great! I use this to just blend any colour through my crease and outwards. A really great affordable brush potentially a  dupe for the MAC 217...I think so!

3.Real Techniques Expert Face Brush - this was my first Real Techniques purchase around a year ago and I just adore it. I love the way it just seems to glide into the contours of my face. It picks up and distributes my foundation over my face easily and also buffs products nicely too so I don't have to spend ages on my foundation in the morning!

4.Real Techniques Blush Brush - mostly used for adding an all over bronze to my face. Like other Real Technique brushes, it picks up just the right amount of product so I don't end up looking orange from my bronzer, or overly powdery if I'm using this to powder my face on those "cant be bothered to do this right" kind of day

5.No.7 Blusher Brush - A very well loved brush of mine, I've had it years and its still going strong. Brilliant for (its obvious purpose) adding colour to the apples of the cheek but I also like to use this as my powder brush for when I've concealed blemishes and want to make sure that particular area is set well.

So there we have it, my top 5 makeup brushes, can you tell I like Real Techniques haha! I'm always on the look out for new, affordable brushes - do you have any recommendations?

Happy Easter!
